Vibrant Living Reset is a 6-week course designed for women over 40 who are ready to regain control of their health, energy, and confidence. If you’ve been struggling with weight changes, hormonal shifts, or feeling sluggish, this is for YOU.

  • Stress Reduction Through Eating: How mindfulness and eating practices can help reduce stress

Energizing Movement for Midlife Health

  • Strength Training for Metabolism: The importance of strength training for women (and men) over 40

  • Cardio & Flexibility: Incorporating "just enough" cardio along with stretching for optimal health

  • Creating a Movement Routine: How to build a sustainable, energizing movement schedule

Stress Management & Self-Care Practices

  • Understanding Stress in Midlife: The role of stress in hormonal imbalance and weight gain

  • Practical Stress-Reduction Techniques: Breathing exercises, meditation, and self-care rituals
